Dear Friends,
How are you?
I’ve been struggling, myself.
I feel things very deeply and current events have my heart heavy. I find myself relying on the tools I’ve learned through meditation and yoga to get through each day. With that in mind, I have two new classes to share with you.
Spring Equinox Movement and Meditation Series–
March 11th, March 18th, March 25th 7pm-8:30pm at West End Yoga Studio/ In Person and Virtual
Enjoy 45 minutes of gentle movement with me, followed by a guided meditation with Heather Hanko.
The Spring Equinox marks a seasonal threshold of balance, renewal, and emergence. This three-week meditation series invites participants to align with the natural rhythms of spring through guided reflection, intuitive meditation, and intentional presence.
Each session offers space to explore equilibrium, intention, and the unfolding of new life, both internally and externally. Attend the session that speaks to you, or allow each gathering to gently build upon the one before it.
March 11 — Journeying Inward: As we approach the equinox, the balance of day and night, explore an aspect of yourself that is longing for a state of equilibrium.
March 18 — Planting Seeds: As the sun softens the earth and planting season begins, you are invited to cultivate a new beginning and plant a seed of change. Today’s new moon supports creating the life that you desire.
March 25 — Celebrating New Life: Spring calls us to attune to the magic of new life. Connect to your inner landscape and the joy of birthing something new.

And in April, I’ll be changing the theme of my Wednesday Night class at WEY.
This class will be called “Yoga and Meditation for Chaotic Times” 7pm Wednesdays at WEY
In this class we will explore tools to help us navigate stress and find moments of calm through the lens of yoga history, philosophy and asana.
30 minutes of slow, gentle and intentional movement mixed with 30 minutes of breath work, meditation, reflection and mindfulness.
You can expect floor work, chair yoga, introspection, journaling, mindfulness exercises, qi gong, singing, humming, music and even the occasional arts and crafts.
Class will include the exploration of the Eight Limbs of Yoga, The Yamas and Niyamas, Breath and the nervous system, as well as Yoga history and Philosophy and how it relates to the current day climate.
No experience necessary. A completely accessible practice. This is not a series but instead a collection of stand alone classes.
We grow together.
Links to register are on the “POP UP” page of my site.
