The word “yoga” is derived from a Sanskrit word meaning “to yoke” or “to unite,” to yoke and link, to unite your being to the Infinite, to Brahman – Atman on your journey to reach Moksha. No one should be excluded from being a part of a yoga community. Our mission at BCY is that everyone has access to the beautiful philosophy and world of yoga; regardless of age, gender, abilities, and economics.
